Shipping & Delivery Information

The 'Ships' time is an estimate of when the item will leave our business. For example, if an item displays "Ships: Within 24 hours," the item will leave our business within 24 hours after you place your order. While we work hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, personalized, custom-configured, and special order items may have longer Ship times.

Occasionally, we will confirm ship and delivery times, then learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify by email of the new ship and delivery times. You may call or email us anytime to check on the status of your order.

Items ship as they become available. Once the item leaves our business, the shipping method you choose on the Checkout page determines when shipped items will deliver to your shipping address. You can ship different orders to different addresses if desired.

Shipping costs are determined per item, and are dependent on where there items are being shipped, the carrier you choose, and the shipping method you select.
